Klezmer Maudlin Court of Appeals Victory 2017.07.07

Congratulations to Randal Klezmer and our client, Karl Popowics. This month, the Indiana Court of Appeals affirmed the decision of the Indiana Workers’ Compensation Board and Full Board who originally found that Matheis “suffered the laceration and amputation of her right thumb at work and that it arose out of her employment.”
